Lunar samples on display at China's national museum

Lunar examples brought back by China's Change-5 test are out there in the open at the National Museum of China on Saturday.

The lunar samples No. 001 brought back by China's Change-5 probe are displayed at the National Museum of China in Beijing, capital of China on February 27, 2021.

The examples, fundamentally soil from the lunar surface, are saved in a holder made of fake gem.

Planned looking like a sun, a customary Chinese bronze product, the holder is 38.44 cm high and 22.89 cm wide. The stature addresses the normal distance between Earth and the moon of 384,400 km, while the width addresses the 22.89 days of the lunar test's main goal.

Other than the examples, the show additionally includes around 40 items identified with the lunar test, along with numerous photographs and recordings.

After the show in Beijing, the examples will start a cross-country visit.

The Change-5 test, which got back to Earth on December 17, recovered an aggregate of 1,731 grams of lunar examples from the moon.
