Dark Theme
Dark means dark grey. According to scientific advantage dark theme is to save energy consumption. All of those developers prefer dark theme because it's user-friendly. Dark mode makes the content on your screen stand out. Images, icons, text and other elements pop out due to the contrast and help in highlighting the information and matter displayed on your screen. In addition to this, dark mode also reduces the emission of the harmful Blue light, which in turn reduces the strain on the eyes. While dark mode does reduce eye strain and battery consumption, there are some downsides to using it as well. The first reason has to do with the way the image is formed in our eyes. As Google points out in its explanation of Android's new dark theme for developers, dark mode “improves visibility for users with low vision and those who are sensitive to bright light.” ... Other people may have vision conditions that make it easier to read bright text on a dark background.
